What do you dislike? syncing issues with Google - sometimes this creates an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great product and excellent value

What do you like best? Freshsales is very easy to configure and use. What do you dislike? I don't like some of the American terms that cannot be changed into UK equivalents. For example zip codes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial. It's a great way to see the power of Freshsales. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've saved money and have far more powerful reporting capabilities. It's excellent.

A great catalog of services with a wide variety of customization options

What do you like best? Their services are fully integrated to offer a full picture solution. Having context cues is incredibility helpful when analyzing a prospect and their knowledge of our services. Integrating the caller within the CRM makes it very easy for new agents to be trained and accounted for in terms of workload. What do you like best? User friendly UI. Its very easy tp update the data. This motivates my sales team to actually work on the crm and keep it updated. Reports and Analytics is great. Also the integration with Freshcaller and Freshdesk works like a charm. What do you dislike? API integration is not great. I cant update a contact with a single API request. What do you like best? I've been using Freshsales since July 2019 and it's made my work life and organization so much more efficient.
