Gets Expensive, Support Could be Improved by engaged listening

What do you like best? I like the idea that I can package my solution with one vendor. Unfortunately, the packages get pricy if you need customizations. Was not able to build out our solution affordably. Meet staff in Las Vegas during the FreshWorks show and was optimistic about what was possible. What do you like best? An amazing UX and UI, really easy interface and navigation. Also the clear pricing service, other CRM are complex and expensive when you want to achieve more things. What do you like best? Email integration - easy to add all emails to contacts or leads. Sales Campaigns - fairly easy to create these It is easy to convert a lead to a contact. Looking at pipelines is intuitive and you can easily edit each Deal right from the Pipeline screen What do you dislike?
