Great Tool & Awesome customer experience team

Freshdesk is being used by Simplilearn for the email management sine last 2 years and the experience has been great. It comes with bundled solutions for various customizations which helped us reduce our ticket management TAT significantly. Awesome Company, but Limited Features

Hello! My name is Matthew Alexander, and I am with the company Comprehensive Web Designs. If you are looking to buy Freshdesk or another helpdesk solution, I would go with Freshdesk! The only thing I don't like about them is that you have to pay for the more features you get. And after a while, it can get expensive. If I were running a helpdesk company, I would lower the price of the plans, or give more features to the lower plans. They are still worth your money because the support is ...

We've been using Freshdesk for more than a year, and so far they've been great in helping us resolve issues quickly. Obviously the platform itself is solid - we use the email handling and the chat interfaces extensively.But probably the best is their willingness to investigate and implement feature suggestions that make their platform even better. Thank you Sai Prashanth!

Mr. Prashanth really helped me out. He knew immediately that my admin account problems where caused because my email was added tot the 'bounce list'. Once this was solved I could reset my account password and get on with my job. I would recommend Freshdesk to at least send a notification that a password reset request has been blocked because the requesters address is added to this 'bounce list'. I lost a night, thinking this problem was caused by my mail server & spam settings. Had I not ...
