Cheap, complete and user friendly

An excellent system which supports your customers.

What do you like best? The app evolves quite well. It is intuitive and easy to use that lets its consumers accomplish all sorts of activities without having to learn in depth any of its features. Very bad customer service!

I was very happy to receive email from CEO of freshdesk where he mentioned that i am able to reach their team who can do a free demonstration with me, But when i tried reaching them since after 1st March till 5th March they are not even answering me on call with a resolution. While talking to them on live chat they have transferred me to my account manage who i dont know even exist in this world or not but i have not found him every reached me. Frustrating!

Terrible support - stay away from Freshworks products

Terrible support. It's taking 5 days for them to apply a simple SSL to our custom domain. Our support portal is down for 5 days because they can't do a 5 minutes job in a timely manner. That's unacceptable. Stay away from Freshdesk, Freshchat and the other products from Freshworks.

No customer service poor response times

Their support and response is really poor which says a lot about their internal helpdesk software we have been trying to trial for several days. They never answer the phone or return their calls.
