Personalized service is possible

PROS: The level of personalization this app has allowed us to do is amazing. We can set up triggered messages based on purchase stage, territory, product, etc. Even our sales team has been able to sort leads by sales stage and that has given them a major way to customize their pitch.

What do you like best about Freshchat? I used multiple chats but only freshdesk created many engagement. It has plenty of features in free plan itself. Trigger feature in freshchat helps to target users based on the behaviors and run campaigns based on that. This helps us to unwrap lot of things user was confused and why we are loosing in funnel.
