"Perfect way for reaching out to customer"

What do you like best? I have been a Freshdesk user for over five years now and have never been happier to know with their Freshdesk Messaging app (Earlier FreshChat). Initially, I was hesitant to start using Freshdesk Messaging because it was a new tool for me. However, it helped me connect better with visitors to convert them to my customers. The messaging app is easy to use and has allowed me to send messages on time.

PROS: Freshchat is a powerful program that provides various integrated functions, from multimedia chatting to answering basic Q&A on our website. "why i love Freshchat"

What do you like best about Freshchat? i like many tings first the Canned Responses it's great and u can add as much u can also i can see that chat i resolved and was assigned to me or one of the agents by selecting custom veiw i also love that u can send something to more then one Conversation by selecting it
