Excellent Support Services
I have been using Freshbooks since April this year as it is provided as a free service via my Barclays Business Banking Account. The system is very easy to use but like all systems there are idiosyncrasies that take time to adjust to. Freshbooks is great! I got a package included with Barclaycard. Shaq Ali helped me set up and talk me through everything over teams. Software is easy to understand. Anytime I have any questions I can shoot an email over to their customer service. Always have a fast response. Had a few issues took a phone call and 10 mins everything was correct and submitted. 10/10

Definitely worth speaking with Josh at Freshbooks
I spoke with a lovely gentleman called Josh, who was extremely helpful, patient (needs to be with me!) very knowledgeable and helped me to see how I could use Freshbooks with my business accounts. A credit to Freshbooks.
