Very helpful team working at Freshbooks, I was mostly dealing with Shaq who always came back to me promptly with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend them. The accounts programme is user friendly and suits my needs.

What do you like best about FreshBooks? It has team collaboration tools so all remarks to the projects or business objectives could be times and referred during reporting cycle. Fresh Books also have build in time tracking tool which is important for small teams. It works very fast and stores reliably data. Has good options for creating reports and estimates. Excellent Support Services
I have been using Freshbooks since April this year as it is provided as a free service via my Barclays Business Banking Account. The system is very easy to use but like all systems there are idiosyncrasies that take time to adjust to. Even though I am a free user I have been given an Account Manager - Connor Graham - who since day 1 with the software has been available to help to overcome user difficulties and to make me aware of value-add services that my subscription provides. Could not have had better customer service thank you so much Shaq
I'd had a really frustrating time with a glitch in being able to log into my account. So glad my call was answered by Shaq as I was about to cancel my subscription due to the frustration but speaking to someone I could end up having a laugh with made my day. Love when I'm able to talk to a lovely person that is happy to take the time not only to help but makes you feel like more than just a customer. Don't ever loose this guy he is an absolute asset to have.
