Pretty good platform with a few issues

What do you like best? Fountain has helped solve our ATS issues without us having to develop our own internal ATS system. It is very customizable. What do you dislike? It can be very manual and tedious to make changes to the applicant flow. It is also very difficult to pull specific reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We hire in mass volumes and Fountain has helped us manage this.

We often have to review timestamps for activities and they are difficult to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I couldn't imagine life without fountain

What do you like best? The best part about fountain is having the listing tool, pipleine management, communication, and scheduling all in one place. The integration via webhook is exactly what we needed. Product management and support is excellent. Sales > Onboarding > Support experience was seamless. What do you dislike? Very easy to maneuver around the cite.

What do you like best? Easy to understand. It allows my job to be a little easier. What do you dislike? I don't like that sometimes it has a glitch, but that happens to any website.
