Fraudulent charges from Google.

Ongoing issue here. I have never heard of this app until it charged my debit card $39.99. I have concluded that this "purchase" is connected to some other Google purchase I may have made years ago, on a cancelled subscription to Google Play long since abandoned, and their billing system picked up my card number and fraudulently charged me for this FOTOR app.I will be disputing this with my bank, but come on Google, how does the biggest tech company in the world decide to charge people for ...

$40 scam for a crappy app

This app is not only nothing special at all, it is run by scammers who will bill you BEFORE the 3-day trial is over and then force you to have your credit card company dispute the charge. I contacted the company because they billed me $40 before the 3 day trial period ended and requested a refund. No response. Make sure your credit card company will dispute the charge for you because you won't see your money back. And did I mention this app does nothing more than most other photo retouching ...

Absolute scammers - DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Absolute scammers. DO NOT USE THEM! I should have read the reviews first. I used a 3-day free trial and they still stole money from my bank account when I cancelled even before the end of the trial. The service is absolutely rubbish. You can get better editing services FREE online trust me. When I requested a refund they ignored me; then they only partially refunded; then ignored my follow on email. They just want to take your money for a very sub-standard and poor service. SCAMMERS!

Good app shame there scammers

Good app. Shame they are scandalous and try to take the yearly fee from your bank early. And then when you cancel the free trial. They continue to bombard your bank with attempts to take money for something you didn't even buy They are scammers

finally received refund

i had previously posted a review about not receiving my refund for something i was not supposed to have ever been charged for, and have since received the refund. after a week of not hearing from them, and posting the review, i heard from them within two hours. and my refund was being processed. was still such a hassle to have to even go thru all of that to get my money refunded that shouldve never been taken.. but i did finally get it at least. so i revised my rating from a 1 star.

Still, they asked me to send them screenshots, which I did, and then they figured out what I was doing wrong. BUT they also OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ME. I thought that was so kind, and I appreciated it so much. However, I wanted to learn how to do it myself, which I did. A slick & smarmy time-sink

I always pay for graphic design software and have been seeing a few glitches with BeFunky so thought I'd try this one based on the reviews and the promises on the website. What nonsense. I spent all day watching pages buffer only to land on clip-art cutouts from the mid-1990s. Upon seeing that Foter offers no refund for their deceptive set-up I went straight to Mr. Paypal.
