Cancelled within free trial and still charged.
I was told there was free cancellation, so I cancelled within my 3 day trial period and they still charged me. Paypal did NOT stand behind their customer and supported Fotor denial of refund. Both Fotor and Paypal are a joke. Do NOT use them, they scam you.

This company offers free trials for their product but wanted my credit card details immediately. They don't give you a chance to try out their product before requesting your credit card details. Thank God I read some of your reviews before I made the decision to provide them with my credit card details. The higher ratings of their reviews here are on a very lower scale. I just want to unsubscribe right now.

This company is a total joke
This company is a total joke, I bought the whole package then to find out you only get 50 edits a month.you can’t save anything after that and nobody will help you. You get the same person responding to your messages when asking for a refund they quote you with some ridiculous quote and nobody will get back to you I’ve asked for the owner to return my messages and again nobody except the same automated person it’s sad that you have to rip off people in order to feel better about ...

Good product but did not let me cancel…
It is a good product but the blur tool didn't do exactly what I was hoping so I cancelled before the 3-day trial ended. They charged me $39 anyway. I disputed it both with them and PayPal but, because they never sent me a confirmation of my cancellation, I have no proof of it. So don't try thus product unless you are absolutely sure you want to pay the whole $39.

SCAMMERS AND THEIVES WITH A LESS THAN AVERAGE PRODUCT!
SCAMMERS! They took $88 from my "free" three-day trial the night after at 3.30 am. I am disputing with Paypal as well and going to file a complaint with the FTC since other people are also being scammed and I can't stand seeing BS companies like this get away with stealing others' hard-earned money. Their product is so mediocre it is a joke! I wouldn't pay 88 cents for a year-long subscription of this crap. There are so many better products like Be Funky if you want to pay who let you do it ...

CANCEL" isn't a word in Fotor's Vocabulary
They keep charging me $39.99 every six months, despite a mountain of emails telling them to cancel. It is being done through PayPal ... so I guess my only choice is to close out the PayPal account. Crazy bad scammer. Shame, as I did enjoy using the photo editing TWO YEARS AGO when I paid for one year and then cancelled.

Fotor is an overpriced and…
Fotor is an overpriced and under-performing product. It's functionality is extremely basic. I foolishly purchased it believing I could cancel within a few days. NOT SO. A subscription can be cancelled but there are NO REFUNDS. Avoid it is my advice.

Free service recommendable
I only use their free service, but it works really well for our purposes (making collages). Recommended!
