If I could give them zero stars

If I could give them zero stars, I would. From charging me for a year, not monthly to zero customer support ... this program and this company is not worth your money. They couldn't respond to my email but didn't have a problem responding to my PayPal complaint. The app features are worthless, the one click is never one click as it completely distorts the image and the blur feature isn't truly usable. Total waste of money....

Worst ever!

Worst ever! I want to expose them as a set of robbers. I payed for a yearly subscription. Right from the start, l have had an ongoing problem with using the Pro features. It keeps telling me that I have no subscription, my subscription has expired and more nonsense. Despite having been in contact with them on numerous occasions,via email, the problem persists. My perfect tool for Youtube

Honestly, Fotor is a great free alternative to a lot of photo design softwares out there. I get a lot of great use from it! As an entrepreneur with multiple businesses, Fotor is an absolute staple for me in terms of designing and creating content for my social media, especially for my Youtube Channel. I think Fotor is perfect right now.

This site ripped me off for twice as much as i agreed to pay. Charged through paypal, with no warning. DOUBLE! Also i used it only twice and forgot about it. If you want a great photo editing option without overseas scams. Try pixlr or gimp. Anything but this horrible useless piece of garbage.

Fotor hasn't been working all week

Fotor hasn't been working all week, cannot connect via Facebook due to change in policy. Still not fixed staff rude when contacting all fixes do not work either

Fotor not giving me Fotor Pro which I paid for

I am patient, but I have now lost patience with Fotor. They are not listening or reacting. I have paid for an annual subscription but I still cannot use the Fotor Pro facilities, I have written to them 3 times about this and nothing has been done, emails are not properly responded to. Today they advised me to write to their Facebook messenger, which I did, but again nothing happened. It's extremely frustrating trying to deal with them.
