I've had a good experience with FormAssembly

What do you like best? The user interface for adding and moving questions What do you dislike? Sometimes the Salesforce connection can be confusing and dependent too much on formulas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of asking for information in an email and having to compile myself, we use a form in FormAssembly and can wait to collect all info then manipulate in the way we'd like.

What do you like best? I love how easy the progam is and how friendly the staff is for support What do you dislike? There is still some diffuclty in the formulas for salesforce. Also would love more of a discount for non-profits. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to do all our applications online and a few surveys and they feed right into salesforce for us.

Excellent for use with Salesforce!

What do you like best? I am able to create unique forms that 3rd parties can fill out. Once filled out it will automatically populate in the predesignated fields in Salesforce. What do you dislike? The website and instructions are not as user friendly in some respects. Initially you'll probably have to utilize some of the Q&A sections in order to figure out how to use certain features. Does exactly what I need

What do you like best? I like the ease of use! The user interface is clean and new users can get up to speed with little training. What do you dislike? I really tried and I can't think of anything to dislike! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting data into Salesforce can be tricky. Never mind the risk of creating duplicate records. With FormAssembly, creating a form that's smart enough to update rather than creating a new record!

What do you like best? FormAssembly is great and expansive and connects seamlessly with Salesforce. What do you dislike? You can't do autocomplete when you hook in to Salesforce and want to do a look up. Great Product

What do you like best? The Salesforce integration is excellent. What do you dislike? The form-builder interface could be more user-friendly, and can slow down on complex forms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been able to automate a ton, by sending form data directly into Salesforce. FormAssembly is great!

What do you like best? My favorite feature is the FormAssembly iOS app; my recruiters can have prospects fill out info electronically and sync it later when wifi is abundant. No more hard to read hand writing or manual uploads. What do you dislike? The logic for syncing with Salesforce is a little complicated. You would want a well-versed admin to set that up for users.
