Robust and perfect for Salesforce
What do you like best? The connector to Salesforce is highly customizable. What do you dislike? Would like to see more modern CSS styling options. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have Salesforce, this is the way to go. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed the ability to accept custom applications that are automatically sent to Salesforce, creating/updating numerous objects.

Form Assembly is Super Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best? The Salesforce connector make things so much easier on our end. What do you dislike? The reporting could use some work. Wish there were better export options and didn't export weird unicode characters. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use salesforce, it's a no brainer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for our membership sign up, and event registration now.

Easy to build forms
What do you like best? There are multiple connectors to the forms like Salesforce and payment processors that make the forms adaptable for many different uses. The design is editable and there are a lot of different question types that can be selected. What do you dislike? There are still some of the connectors that need a little work and customization. FormAssembly now uses a more general support line but I really liked when they had the chat feature for a much faster response. ...

Excellent for Salesforce customers
What do you like best? Powerful two-way Salesforce integration and love the ability to include custom CSS and/or Javascript at the form level (vs it being global and affecting all forms). What do you dislike? I would like to see better ability to prepopulate fields using a prefill connector (such as Salesforce). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has allowed us to capture leads and the ability to prefill forms with lead ...
