I've had a good experience with FormAssembly
What do you like best? The user interface for adding and moving questions What do you dislike? Sometimes the Salesforce connection can be confusing and dependent too much on formulas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of asking for information in an email and having to compile myself, we use a form in FormAssembly and can wait to collect all info then manipulate in the way we'd like.

Form Assembly Use
What do you like best? I really like the WSIWYG aspect and the conditional fields What do you dislike? I dislike it when Form Assembly is unavailable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to process requests from students. They really appreciate the intelligent forms.

Very functional with Many Pluses
What do you like best? We switched to FormAssembly from Formsite because of its greater flexibility integrating with Salesforce. Overall, the switch has been easy (though a little time-intensive at first) but we believe it will save us time down the road. What do you dislike? The site is not always as user-friendly as I would like it to be -- but there are tons of resources and service assistance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Powerful software that connects with Salesforce but needs some visual improvements
What do you like best? Integration with salesforce is very powerful and allows you to automate a lot of things. However there's quite a steep learning curve when you are new to both platforms. What do you dislike? The formula editor is very buggy and there's no way to preview and test forms with any live data. Also, the responsiveness of the forms needs some work, there should be a better way to integrate the forms into your website without writing a ton of custom css to override ...

Great Salesforce Integration but connector and interface can be improved
What do you like best? Form Assembly integrates well with Salesforce. What do you dislike? The inability to look up a related object or stylize forms for Facebook posts. Also, better Google Analytics support would be helpful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Newsletter sign-up, job application intake, web petitions.

UI has improved in recent years, but is still weak compared to competitors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for application forms that feed into Salesforce.

Easy features for a larger organization
What do you like best? It was simple to figure out how to set up forms. What do you dislike? The integration with Salesforce was difficult to figure out. There needs to be an easily accessible guide to help with the setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our business needs to easily manage forms with the connection to SFDC. We are still not completely sold on FormAssembly since the price points are too high for our organization.

Missing functionality with SFDC
What do you like best? Connectors with Salesforce are great and it's easy to use. What do you dislike? Cannot administer a survey direct from FA to individuals which is a critical functionality that SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics offer. FA is also not as pretty! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We collect considerable program data from our clients (teacher residencies) which we and they use for continuous improvement.
