FormAssembly uses with Salesforce
What do you like best? The best way for us to capture customized data based on user input and import that into Salesforce. We use it for order forms, feedback, quote requests, contact info updates and more. What do you dislike? The "WYSIWYG" interface for those that don't know HTML can be a little limiting or cumbersome to use for design purposes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Low-cost and customizable collection of data from ...

What do you like best? It is so easy to design and deploy surveys!!! What do you dislike? To be honest, we don't have any complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For Salesforce, we need a way to survey customers and easily bring that data back in our CRM. It is so easy to do this.

The Ideal Salesforce Integrated Web Form
What do you like best? Insert, Update, and conditional record manipulation in Salesforce based on the data provided. Formula functionality allows you to calculate values prior to insert. What do you dislike? The Formula syntax took some getting used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had a process that would create or update anywhere from 1 to 5 contacts and parent accounts, a custom object, and relationships between the ...

Excellent for Salesforce customers
What do you like best? Powerful two-way Salesforce integration and love the ability to include custom CSS and/or Javascript at the form level (vs it being global and affecting all forms). What do you dislike? I would like to see better ability to prepopulate fields using a prefill connector (such as Salesforce). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has allowed us to capture leads and the ability to prefill forms with lead ...

Easy to use; love the quick connections to Salesforce!
What do you like best? Ease of creating forms that connect to Salesforce Ability to publish quickly What do you dislike? Lack of capabilities to give "selection" option on Salesforce pre-fill connector - i.e. if I get back more than one record from my LOOKUP, want to have ability to view & select the appropriate record prior to submitting form. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking for an easy-to-use form building tool that easily connects ...

Form Assembly is a great addition to our Salesforce use
What do you like best? I like the ability to connect forms to Salesforce What do you dislike? Some parts of the user interface can get a little clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since we started using Form Assembly, our process for collecting and tracking information has become so much better. We began by using forms for event RSVPs, but have expanded it to include program applications, event proposals and the anonymous ...

Powerful Application Form for Educationalists
What do you like best? The deep and secure integration with Salesforce, with conditional logic and the ability to create and update N number of child records for qualifications, experience etc is very powerful - all without code What do you dislike? The user interface can at times be a bit clunky, and some of the help information relates to old versions Recommendations to others considering the product: Remember that if using Salesforce the best way to start is with 'Import ...

Simplest way of collecting data and passing it to various systems.
What do you like best? Simple form builder UI, flexible with custom CSS and integrates with many of our favorite tools such as Salesforce, Paypal, Webmerge, and more. Ability to build out surveys, lead capture forms, enrollment applications and more securely with minimal effort. Also for healthcare, education and nonprofit organizations, having HIPAA compliance and eSign capabilities can be a massive time saver. Very secure and safe to use. The Salesforce prefill connector is a huge ...

A great form tool built on the Salesforce platform
What do you like best? Great conditional logic in the integration - you can do so much matching with existing or new records! What do you dislike? Don't have a ton of experience yet with styling the forms, but the user interface is a bit wonky. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be prepared with how you will integrate with Salesforce in advance. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Volunteer applications, ...
