Comprehensive Form Creation
What do you like best? The continued release of new features has allowed me to create forms that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders. What do you dislike? Still some bumps with what options appear with Autosuggest and connectors for Salesforce is not as user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are now able to pull students' existing college applications into a pre-filled form for them to update without having to ...

Fantastic Salesforce Integration!
What do you like best? The salesforce integration has been vital. Also the interface for form creation is a breeze to use. The setup of salesforce connectors is very intuitive. What do you dislike? The templates and themes are not as attractive or easy to use as I would like. It should be easier to integrate company headers or logos to a form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data collection and retention. Easier and more ...

Great form tool with easy integration to Salesforce
What do you like best? Easy licensing with ability to connect to multiple Salesforce instances. What do you dislike? Some issues with prefill connector over time, must be careful not to promise more than a few fields and think through security protocol for anything you might be showing/exposing through the connectors. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pricing/editions should be reviewed. We use the Enterprise Product. What problems are you solving with ...

Deploy FormAssembly for easy Salesforce integration
What do you like best? FormAssembly is directly integrated with Salesforce both ways : lead capture forms drop into Salesforce, custom landing pages or contact preference forms are pre-filled with Salesforce contact data, and it also works well on mobile ! What do you dislike? FormAssembly is very rich : don't run in to create a one-shot form; take time to learn by re-using templates or forms from one project with another. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Affordable, Flexible, and Scalable
What do you like best? What I like best about FormAssembly is how flexible the forms are and how they can input data directly in my database. As a small nonprofit, FormAssembly gives us almost infinite flexibility for a price we can afford, and control over every aspect of input, submission, and notification. What do you dislike? Sometimes these forms can be buggy, and anything advanced requires some coding that is beyond my skills. However, tech support is pretty ...

Most powerful form builder for Salesforce Integration
What do you like best? Repeatable sections, calculated fields, conditional integrations, custom CSS, custom JS. I could go on. FormAssembly is fantastic. What do you dislike? I wish there was a more developer friendly way of styling REST embedded forms. Currently requires a lot of !important designations to overwrite form theme styling. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Online donations, applications, registration, survey, ...

Very Robust Form Builder for Salesforce Client
What do you like best? Form Assembly can send data from forms into Sales Cloud in virtually any way via hundreds of permutations. I'm not saying that there isn't some limitation out there, but I haven't run into one yet. Basically, contacts fill out forms and then the form data is mapped back to Sales Cloud (Salesforce) depending on how the integration is setup. What do you dislike? The Salesforce/Form Assembly integration is point and click, but there are some UI limitations on ...

What do you like best? I like the easy-to-use interface and the completely customizable FormAssembly-Saleforce connection. What do you dislike? FormAssembly asks me each time if I'd like to use the new interface... yes! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting information reliably into Salesforce!

FormAssembly makes it easy!
What do you like best? FA makes building forms easy and quick. It also allows users to build forms in the format of the anticipated medium - computer, tablet, mobile. What do you dislike? The connectors, while OK, could be more user-friendly as it is when building the questions on a form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Event registration, query forms, applications. All are connected to other systems.

Everything I need for reasonable costs!
What do you like best? Salesforce integration is worth any survey features this tool lacks -- which are few! What do you dislike? Some smaller integrations like built in dynamic text within questions versus needing code-based work arounds. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Synchronizing our systems with customer responses
