Easy features for a larger organization

What do you like best? It was simple to figure out how to set up forms. What do you dislike? The integration with Salesforce was difficult to figure out. There needs to be an easily accessible guide to help with the setup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our business needs to easily manage forms with the connection to SFDC. We are still not completely sold on FormAssembly since the price points are too high for our organization.

Form Assembly is Super Helpful and easy to use

What do you like best? The Salesforce connector make things so much easier on our end. What do you dislike? The reporting could use some work. Wish there were better export options and didn't export weird unicode characters. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use salesforce, it's a no brainer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for our membership sign up, and event registration now.

What do you like best? Versatile and ability to integrate well into SalesForce to pull in data from forms. What do you dislike? Having a harder than I'd like finding developers that have used it in the past and are experts at it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Designing Online Forms Can't Get Much Easier.

What do you like best? FormAssembly provides our agency with a flexible and easy tool to quickly roll out responsive forms. The intuitive design makes adding questions and enhancing the form with logic a quick task. For forms that fit into a longer process the ability to link FormAssembly to Salesforce through Connectors is a huge productivity enhancement by allowing users to skip Excel altogether. Robust connectors to salesforce

What do you like best? Support is very solid and quick to respond. You can connect to almost anything in Salesforce and manipulate the data the way you want. What do you dislike? UI has improved in recent years, but is still weak compared to competitors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great Salesforce Integration but connector and interface can be improved

What do you like best? Form Assembly integrates well with Salesforce. What do you dislike? The inability to look up a related object or stylize forms for Facebook posts. Powerful software that connects with Salesforce but needs some visual improvements

What do you like best? Integration with salesforce is very powerful and allows you to automate a lot of things. However there's quite a steep learning curve when you are new to both platforms. What do you dislike? The formula editor is very buggy and there's no way to preview and test forms with any live data. Also, the responsiveness of the forms needs some work, there should be a better way to integrate the forms into your website without writing a ton of custom css to override ...

Very functional with Many Pluses

What do you like best? We switched to FormAssembly from Formsite because of its greater flexibility integrating with Salesforce. Overall, the switch has been easy (though a little time-intensive at first) but we believe it will save us time down the road. What do you dislike?
