Easy to build forms
What do you like best? There are multiple connectors to the forms like Salesforce and payment processors that make the forms adaptable for many different uses. The design is editable and there are a lot of different question types that can be selected. What do you dislike? There are still some of the connectors that need a little work and customization. FormAssembly now uses a more general support line but I really liked when they had the chat feature for a much faster response. ...

Great form builder
What do you like best? Easy integration with Pardot. Easy form builder that requires almost no code at all. Anyone can build a form within seconds. What do you dislike? Limited design templates that fits the modern developer. Sometimes I would need to build lots of customization in order to get to the design I want. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Building forms with pardot and using form handlers. FormAssembly makes it easy to ...

Easy to use form builder for Salesforce
What do you like best? Love that we can quickly and easily build a form for pushing data both in and out of salesforce. Oftentimes I have clients looking for an complex form building tool and I point them to FormAssembly. Other times, I have clients looking for an easy to use form building tool for their end users, and I also point them to FormAssembly! Mapping data is super simple, as well as building complex conditional pieces of forms. What do you dislike? Bringing in more than ...

Works great for some things, not so well for others
What do you like best? I like the clarity of the forms that can be built. I like the ability to format the forms to look like our web site. I appreciate that we can use FormAssembly forms for a variety of functions, such as applications, and receiving paymentl What do you dislike? The interface with Authorize.net is a bit clunky. We cannot get FormAssembly to give error messages that make sense to the customer when there is a problem with payments - it's something about the ...

FormAssembly Assessment to Date
What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly from the point of designing the form and the creating the connectors with Salesforce. I also like that you can send forms back to users to edit or complete if they have forgotten their passwords. What do you dislike? I do not like the responses view page because it makes it difficult to find older responses. I wish you could customize more of the emailed templates as well. Like the email verification reminder email template. ...

FOrm Assembly Review
What do you like best? The ability to do some complex stuff, like show multiple values of one data type. What do you dislike? The layout is a little limiting. Also, I've had some trouble with the repeated section - would like the section to dissapear if there is no data to return in a prefilled form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Online campus visit checkins with ipads. WOrks great!

Missing functionality with SFDC
What do you like best? Connectors with Salesforce are great and it's easy to use. What do you dislike? Cannot administer a survey direct from FA to individuals which is a critical functionality that SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics offer. FA is also not as pretty! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We collect considerable program data from our clients (teacher residencies) which we and they use for continuous improvement.
