Lots to learn, but lots of tutorials available.

What do you like best? That there were tutorials available for me to teach myself. What do you dislike? That I did not learn right away that form assembly could 'pull' fields from Salesforce instead of having me create fields that would later need to be mapped to Salesforce fields. I think if our consultant had told me this first - and had me wait to start building forms until he had built the fields/tables in Salesforce, it would have been less work. What problems are you ...

Pay once, benefit time after time

What do you like best? I love the quality of the Salesforce integration, error handling, the online support documentation available and also the humans prepared to answer questions! The best thing is that when you create a business case to get FormAssembly set up the first time, you've paid your costs, and every form thereafter doesn't cost you a penny more. What do you dislike? Using Form Assembly for online application, general volunteer inquires and volunteer payments.

What do you like best? Forms are easy to build and the online platform is user friendly. There are also a lot of online videos that help answer questions regarding ways to build forms.
