What do you like best? That there were tutorials available for me to teach myself. What do you dislike? That I did not learn right away that form assembly could 'pull' fields from Salesforce instead of having me create fields that would later need to be mapped to Salesforce fields. What do you like best? I love the quality of the Salesforce integration, error handling, the online support documentation available and also the humans prepared to answer questions! Using Form Assembly for online application, general volunteer inquires and volunteer payments.

What do you like best? Forms are easy to build and the online platform is user friendly. There are also a lot of online videos that help answer questions regarding ways to build forms. What do you like best? The FormAssembly integration with Salesforce blows the other products I've used out of the water. The lookups to records are intuitive and functional. Mapping fields is strait-forward, and allows formulas in the mapping rather than having hidden fields/data in the form.
