Flexible, thoughtful, scalable integration of outside data to Salesforce
What do you like best? Forms are flexible, thorough, (and fun). I like that you can iterate through a project and test various parts of it including prefill and updating data to salesforce. Support is friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? Some complex reach-goals couldn't be easily met with the product out of the box - such as requiring the first of a potentially repeating field set. Recommendations to others considering the product: Develop a clear use case that affects ...

FormAssembly for all your Salesforce needs
What do you like best? The FormAssembly integration with Salesforce blows the other products I've used out of the water. The lookups to records are intuitive and functional. Mapping fields is strait-forward, and allows formulas in the mapping rather than having hidden fields/data in the form. The prefill feature allows us to automate some of our more complex business processes, while keeping data clean. The conditional logic and formula possibilities in the form are endless! Lastly, ...

Using Form Assembly for online application, general volunteer inquires and volunteer payments.
What do you like best? Forms are easy to build and the online platform is user friendly. There are also a lot of online videos that help answer questions regarding ways to build forms. (IE: Explaining the difference between a radio button and check boxes.) The support team (shout out to Micah) has also always been very helpful when I email or request a live chat. Also like to Salesforce integration. What do you dislike? One of our users accidentally deleted a form and it was ...

Point and Click Form Creation
What do you like best? FormAssembly allows for point-and-click creation of rich forms that we can express on our website and then capture within Salesforce. What do you dislike? There is a lot to digest and learn with FormAsssembly. Being a solo Salesforce admin, the only thing limiting the expansion of my FormAssembly knowledge is time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are capturing application information and tying this to ...

A great form product for donation and inquiry forms
What do you like best? Our organization leverages forms mainly for our donation form and client intake processes. With FormAssembly the ability to customize the look and feel of the forms are important, but also the integration to Salesforce its the primarily reason why we selected FormAssembly to other competitors. What do you dislike? The theming for complex forms requires some one on staff with specific skills sets which our office does not possess. Therefore for complex form ...

Robust and perfect for Salesforce
What do you like best? The connector to Salesforce is highly customizable. What do you dislike? Would like to see more modern CSS styling options. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have Salesforce, this is the way to go. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed the ability to accept custom applications that are automatically sent to Salesforce, creating/updating numerous objects.

Form Assembly
What do you like best? Form building and salesforce connectors are easy to configure. What do you dislike? Form building controls don't feel so great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Web-to-Lead; sign up and registration (events, site access, and curriculum materials); receive applications (grant, volunteer, partnership).

Everything I need for reasonable costs!
What do you like best? Salesforce integration is worth any survey features this tool lacks -- which are few! What do you dislike? Some smaller integrations like built in dynamic text within questions versus needing code-based work arounds. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Synchronizing our systems with customer responses

FormAssembly makes it easy!
What do you like best? FA makes building forms easy and quick. It also allows users to build forms in the format of the anticipated medium - computer, tablet, mobile. What do you dislike? The connectors, while OK, could be more user-friendly as it is when building the questions on a form. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Event registration, query forms, applications. All are connected to other systems.
