I messed it up the first time because the help desk said it was formatted incorrectly. I then sent them my file for them to correct and import. Does not allow for custom salutations on mailing labels, No choice of alternate fonts / colours, or lablel styles. Their software is not sophisticated in this regard. What do you like best about Follow Up Boss? The design is pretty simple and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss? The help button follows you on every screen and is in the way. I signed up and its onboarding banner is in the way and there's no option to skip any of the instructions. I searched their help articles and they are very basic.
