Float Review by a Digital Project Manager
What do you like best? - The short cuts - Ability to easily flag when someone is over utilized vs under utilized - Being able to book in days off/ non-working days What do you dislike? No ability to create task dependencies which makes it very time consuming to push out linked tasks when delays occur in timelines. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely one of the best resourcing tools I have used across several agencies in the last 10 years. My ...

I haven't used Float for very long, but haven't found anything I don't like so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Float provides a more streamlined way for our company to set up weekly schedules and project allocations.

Useful tools for Company Task Tracking
What do you like best? Ease of use by users to record & update their tasks. What do you dislike? A leak of features to perform budgeting of each task that can be used to compare against the actual usage recorded. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To create clear visibility of the tasks currently available with ownership & to perform the review on the outcome of the tasks upon completion.

What do you like best? Really useful tool that is well laid out and easy to use. Also works well on mobile devices. Not overcomplicated. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have Google calendar integration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as a work schedule across the business, it helps to keep track of what projects people are working on and when.

Great UI
What do you like best? I like how simple it looks. I get an instant overview of my day/week with a minimal number of clicks. What do you dislike? Could improve their accessibility a bit; e.g. task modal text element colour contrast isn't great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I often work on multiple different projects in a given day, so having a scheduling solution like this is really indispensable. Definitely helps when I'm ...

Good simple project tracker
What do you like best? I like the clean UI, the ease of use and the simplicity of it. What do you dislike? I'd like more options and controls. I can only view a week at a time and only my calendar (this might be due to my organization's settings). Recommendations to others considering the product: It's great for a simple, easy to use no-frills tracker. I'm also assuming its a lot cheaper than some of the alternatives out there. What problems are you solving with the ...

Easy Employee Management
What do you like best? The software provides an easy overview of all employee's day-to-day activities across the business for all locations. This becomes especially important as our business has on-shore and off-shore resources with teams that need to work collaboratively and at capacity. What do you dislike? Some aspects of the software can be clunky. Despite being given access, it required a refresh on my user permissions before it worked as expected. Simple additions like ...

Really visual, easy to use platform
What do you like best? It's a very colourful, quick and to use tool. What do you dislike? To be honest nothing in particular, it's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to manage reproducing our team on project with a spreadsheet but as we grew above 40 people we moved to Float. You can scan it very quickly and know your 'work plan' for the week.
