Simplifies workflow visualization with a clear layout, helping users see team availability, workloads, and schedules at a glance.
Powerful real-time collaboration features enable seamless task updates and team coordination.
Features such as drag-and-drop scheduling, customization options, and colored task coding streamline project and resource management.

Useful for scheduling
What do you like best? --easily accessible as a new user --good transparency on what team members are working on What do you dislike? --It is un-intuitive to a new user how to enter "Tasks" vs. "Time-off" vs. "Status" --The "Time-off" option when adding a new block is not very visible; I found myself having trouble to find it when I only looked for it every 1.5 months or so; needs a better UI for that What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Easy to Use Software
What do you like best? Very simple and easy to manage the design team's time and see what we have coming up What do you dislike? The only downfall is trying to manage freelancers, as they have little bits and pieces of time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Float has made it much easier for the delivery team to request and manage our design resourcing

Review
What do you like best? It's easy to see what work I've got for the day, week and month. I can easily see other people's work and that allows me to adjust accordingly, it's easy to assign work to others. I enjoy the automated emails that show me the work for the week ahead as I can go through it as a part of my morning routine through my emails. It's better than alternative tools for work scheduling primarily in it's design and features. What do you dislike? There isn't much to ...

Architect Using Float to Keep Track of Hours
What do you like best? I like how it keeps track of my hours for each project I am working on, and that I can list what tasks I completed for the project. What do you dislike? I wish the project name showed up before the task name in my list so I can more readily see what each project is. I wish I could stay logged in and not have to log back in every time I go to the software. Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep up the good work and keep track of your ...

Product help that can plan business and grow
What do you like best? It is easy to get the planning of people in an organised way. I can see my plan and even others with some base restrictions, of course. However, the feature I liked the most is the reports and the different views which helps in understanding the planning. What do you dislike? The UI is not up to mark. However, this is one of the minor things and not effecting the core usage of the product. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is good ...

Great tool for collaborative PMO
What do you like best? This tool is a great way for the resource to be allocated and for the Project Management team to do forecasting for projects. It allow us to dispatch task and make sure the resources know what they need to work on. What do you dislike? There is only few things that are not great with Float. It is, for exemple, difficult to plan tasks without ressources assigned to it. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great tool if you're ...

Float makes it easy to stay organized!
What do you like best? I like how user friendly the software is. It's easy to use, visually appealing, and it allows me to keep track of my previous/current/future tasks! What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes about the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Float helps address how many hours we need to put towards a project. This way, in the future when we are doing similar projects, we know how many hours we need ...

Good tool for what it's meant to be
What do you like best? Very easy to use and intuitive. For our purposes, it served exactly as what we needed it to be. We have had a lot more people properly informed on the workloads of their teams, allowing everyone to be able to better manage their resources/projects. The ability to work on this simultaneously with others, real-time, has also been extremely helpful, as we often have to just go in, make a quick update, and keep going on other tasks. What do you dislike? For what ...

Float is the solution to your team's bandwidth management
What do you like best? Float is solves an issue we were having on our team in managing our bandwidth. We were looking for this type of software for a long time! One of the strongest points of this software is the different views on how to interpret project use time. What do you dislike? I do think the more time we spend in it, the more functions we want. It becomes complicated in that does it need to stay simple the way it is, or does it need to be a full blown project management ...
