Float review
What do you like best? Ease of use. Ease of setup. Simple licensing model. What do you dislike? need the ability to view far more people on a single screen - product requires too much scrolling as-is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use float to monitor consultant project assignments and track overall utilization. It provides us utilization reporting and projections which were very difficult when using Excel.

What do you like best? Float is solves an issue we were having on our team in managing our bandwidth. We were looking for this type of software for a long time! What do you like best? It is easy to get the planning of people in an organised way. I can see my plan and even others with some base restrictions, of course. Great tool for collaborative PMO
What do you like best? This tool is a great way for the resource to be allocated and for the Project Management team to do forecasting for projects. Good tool for what it's meant to be
What do you like best? Very easy to use and intuitive. For our purposes, it served exactly as what we needed it to be. We have had a lot more people properly informed on the workloads of their teams, allowing everyone to be able to better manage their resources/projects. The ability to work on this simultaneously with others, real-time, has also been extremely helpful, as we often have to just go in, make a quick update, and keep going on other tasks. Very user-friendly
What do you like best? It is easy to see both past and future schedules for resourcing allocation for projects. Can also see project profitability and labour cost over time. What do you dislike? Takes a while to get used to all the functions of Float What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly resourcing allocation and seeing how much of my time is allocated to certain projects.
