Useful Resource Planning Tool
What do you like best? Easy to use with intuitive interface, provides good visibility of current and future anticipated workloads for staff. What do you dislike? Info out and only as good as info in, so staff have to be on board with using it accurately and regularly. Can be seen as "just another admin task" if benefits and insights aren't well understood. With float we can have a full overview of who is when doing what where.
What do you like best? it's great for our schedule/planning we use it every working day What do you dislike? the interface cannot handle much information we need to be able to show more details in one view Recommendations to others considering the product: easy for planning What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use easy and also easy to see results
What do you like best? The way that float helps me to organize my work my day and my time. What do you dislike? no big cons, but sometimes a lot of emails received are a little bit annoying. Recommendations to others considering the product: if you are looking for a tool that is easy to use and easy to understand Float is the right toll to you. Best resource management tool around
What do you like best? Time is the most valuable resource so the best thing about it is that I can see when my colleagues have work or are free to help with a project. I can also do this without distracting them from their current projects. What do you dislike? At the moment we are unable to integrate float into some of the other tools that we use which means that it is solely used in a stand-alone setting. Great project visibility tool
What do you like best? The easiness of using Float to have an overall visibility of all current, past, and incoming projects on individuals of an organization. What do you dislike? Notifications, not all are accounted for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly visibility, having a bird's eye view of the overall flow of projects is a big plus.

Easy and convenient to use
What do you like best? Can see what I'm booked to work on weeks in advance. Can also see what my team is working on, all in one place. What do you dislike? Not connected to timesheets so end up having to duplicate info. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? People can see how much time you have free before booking you onto new projects to make sure you're not overbooked.
