"Perfect Remote Support Application for Windows"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? The best part of FixMe.It is how easy my customers can connect to the system for fast support. I get no graphical or mouse issues when I work on multiple systems.

"Simply the best!!"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? I like the fact that FixMe.IT is the easiest Remote Support tool use and does not require any application to be pre-installed on any client computer. The client does not need to have admin rights in order to receive remote support.

"FixMe.IT is my go-to for remote connection!"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? I like that I can run it on several machines so I have it on my primary work computer, on my Windows 11 Parallels VM on my Mac, and I run it on a streamed remote PC that I use for emergencies. So in any given situation ! should be able to remote into a client's computer.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? FixMe is the most cost-effective tool we have ever used for remote support of windows end-users and servers. FixMe is easy for end-users to use, with built-in tools IT workers need to support them. A quick download and launch of a single file and support can see the end-users screen or show the end-user their screen. "Great program and much less expensive than other options"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? Fixme.it is very easy to use. I am an independent IT tech and I use it nearly every day to do remote tech support and to monitor my customers' servers. The client portion is easy enough for even the most technically challenged end users to figure out. When I was looking for a remote support solution, most of the big names were going to cost $60 a month or more for a single license. This is $30 a month and provides the same funtionality.

"FixMe.IT - the best and most affordable remote access software"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? The cost of fixme.it is one of the most important factors that persuaded me to switch from Logmein as well as the simplicity of the user interface. My clients love how easy it is for me to provide remote support.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? What I like best is that I am able to remote into my employee's desktops when needed to assist with any issues, especially for my employees that are WAH.

"Best Remote Support Tool on The Market"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? It is easy for me to use and easy for my clients to use. I don't think it can get any simpler to use for the Tech or the Clients. It has hands down beating out other remote support tools, by the ease of use, customazation, and the cost.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? Very easy to configure. The management console is easily navigable and in the 2+ years I've been using it has never had a hiccup.

"Great Windows service!"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? I like the ease of FixMe and that it works reliably on Windows. I also like that we can have a custom link so we can send people to a support site to easily download the installer rather than needing to email it.
