"Simple, effective solution for efficient IT support"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? The client-side is simple, with an installer that is deployed to endpoints but also the engagement via a web browser is so much simpler than other solutions on the market. FixMe.IT was chosen based on the frustration of other solutions and the difficulty of connectivity for users with limited IT skills.

"Exceptional IT Support Tool"

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? I have used several remote management software and the one reason why I come back again and again to FixMe.IT is that when troubleshooting VPN issues this is the best tool! The reason why is that in connecting and disconnecting from VPN I have to close my session and restart with other software, whereas with FixMe.IT I can stay in the same support session.
