What do you like best about FixMe.IT? The price and features. Over the years my company has used all the various remote software products and from a feature/price standpoint, this is the best. It is very easy for the customer to log in with for a support session

"FixMe.IT works great"
What do you like best about FixMe.IT? I use FixMe.IT to connect remotely to our users that are located in different offices. It saves time driving to the user to fix simple or complex problems. I like that I can actually get into system settings on the computers unlike other screen sharing apps.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? It's almost like being on site. If a customer has a problem, often it is hard for them to explain what is going on, so seeing it firsthand, often makes correcting the problem a breeze.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? Fixme.it works everytime I need it and that's usually in a clutch with exasperated users. Also like that it will support two concurrent support sessions now.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? I like that FixMe.IT is very user-friendly so I have no issues connecting with clients quickly. Most of my clients have zero issues opening a browser to get to the appropriate website. I also email clients with a link to make connecting with me easier.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT? It's easy to install and go, very intuitive. You can separate unattended installations into different groups/offices. This tool has been worth every penny, especially during the pandemic/work from home scenarios.
