Mostly Worth the Cost

It's a good program that works a good percentage of the time. There are a few hiccups along the way but their engineers do tend to do a good job of fixing the issue within a 24 hr period. They are at least one of the better phone systems out there and I do like their abilities for integration into many systems.

Easy to Use

What do you like best? I love how easy to use it is. You don't need to review a manual, you can literally just open and use. What do you dislike? I don't like that if you receive a call that was transferred to you, you're unable to transfer again. Strong Customer Assistance Platform with Many Features

What do you like best? I think that Five9 works great for monitoring support calls. It can record calls and provides logs and other data that help us manage them. The automated message capabilities is great when handling large call volumes or dealing with limited support staff. Five9 has a strong ability to serve as a data hub for a variety of contact methods. Works well, minor issues

What do you like best? It generally works well, and calls are usually clear and easy to hear. The different user states and speed dial options are easy to use, and the call preview information and messages for bad numbers is useful. What do you dislike? It can be a little bit glitchy. We use it in conjunction with a couple of other systems where we log information about the calls, and sometimes a call will get stuck. Five 9 has gained some favoritism with me over the years. During our launch we had several outages with delayed responsiveness or non-customer-centric support during after hours.Over the last several months, the company has increased in quality, responsiveness and prior correspondences regarding planned downtimes.I believe the company will have my 4 stars very soon...just a really rough start in our relationship.
