What do you like best? First things first, the interface is beautifully designed. It's clean and simple with soothing colors. The layout is also easy to use and is quickly familiar. The built in queue tracker at the bottom of the screen is really helpful when managing the flow of incoming calls. Good for the growing Business

What do you like best? I like that the Five9 team was good at taking suggestions to improve their software. They were very open minded to customize the needs of the organization so that their software fit the purpose and nature of what was required. What do you like best? I like that five 9 is very clear depending on what headset you use. I also like that there are not many dropped calls. What do you dislike? I do not like the fact that some things do not always get recorded What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? There is simply nothing that I like about this product for my company. It would however be a great system for a MUCH smaller business setting. Great tool for virtual calling but a bit outdated

What do you like best? It’s a great tool to reach a lot of customers in a calling list for cold calling What do you dislike? It’s a bit old school and needs some updating in my opinion Recommendations to others considering the product: It is great for auto dialer and reach as many customer as possible. Five9 is an awesome call widget!

What do you like best? I love how it combines everything you need for making calls as well as allowing you to step away from the desk and putting your call line on hold so easily. What do you dislike? As of now I do not dislike anything about Five9. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Five9 as a call widget in our call center. The benefits are totally streamlined calling abilities. Amazing tool!
