Great Company

I have been with FireFish for 3 years. They are a great company with knowledgeable and helpful staff who come from recruitment agency backgrounds and understand what you need. They are constantly innovating and adding new features to the ATS.The catch-up review I just had with Scott on Friday, the 14th, helps a great deal. He's a good lad and knows his stuff.I highly recommend them after spending 24 years in recruitment.

Five star database and exceptional service

Firefish is, without a doubt, the best database I have used. I have been with them 4 years now and the evolving database with new features at least quarterly has been fundamental in our growth. The support team are phenomenal, I use lots of software, and there isn't a support team who are as responsive and involved in our company as Firefish. A really helpful and time saving…

A really helpful and time saving review. The new search feature is already saving me so much time, and means I can stay focused on the task, with less clicks. The extra info on the advert creation sounds great and I am going to get stuck into that now, but I can see that it will save me time. Thanks so much!

Exceptional service and continual development of the system

Been with Firefish over several years and recently migrated our new business over. Cannot fault the system and their service. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they genuinely listen to customer feedback to constantly try and improve the system.

I stated clearly what went wrong. Trustpilot removed my review, asking me to provide evidence! Since one of my complaints about this intolerably slow interface was that there is no way of saving what one has entered - unless one knows what one is about to endure, one is unlikely to be taking screenshots. "Excellent Customer Support and continually improving product"

What do you like best about Firefish? The excellent new plug in for LinkedIn enable you to register new candidates AND upload a pdf profile (CV) direct to the CRM. It's very user friendly, it'seasy to manage in all aspects of the recruitment process, has a great dashboard for your to-do list, and now you can call direct from the CRM and it will also flag up a 'call' tab for your notes. Firefish is without doubt the best…

Firefish is without doubt the best database i have ever used. The onboarding is fantastic and we were supported to implement our database every step of the way. We have found the ongoing support to be fantastic either by live chat/email or a phone call, someone has has always been on hand and fast! Firefish has been integral into our candidate attraction success. I fully recommend them to any recruitment agency!
