Unbelievable poor customer service contact
Problem running cards for my customers. Ran the card, customers phone said it was paid, stax said commerror. This happened 2 days in a row. I called Stax, got an answering service, she sent me to tech support. Waited on hold for almost an hour after the robot told me I was 1st in Q. I finally hung up. I have work to do and my time is valuable to me. I spent approx. 10 minutes online trying to find a contact. Sent an email through their complaint. The thing says sent and someone will call ...
