Unbelievable poor customer service contact

Problem running cards for my customers. Ran the card, customers phone said it was paid, stax said commerror. This happened 2 days in a row. I called Stax, got an answering service, she sent me to tech support. Waited on hold for almost an hour after the robot told me I was 1st in Q. I finally hung up. Sad to say; Stax is no longer an honest company.

Stax used to be good, & they always answered their customer service lines with courtesy & promptness, but now it is the other way around They do not even call back & 3rd world answering companies take messages. Also, they used to be honest, but now not only they have raised their monthly charges to $99.00 & they keep charging even when you have discontinued their services. They never honor their promises.
