Sad to say; Stax is no longer an honest company.
Stax used to be good, & they always answered their customer service lines with courtesy & promptness, but now it is the other way around They do not even call back & 3rd world answering companies take messages. Also, they used to be honest, but now not only they have raised their monthly charges to $99.00 & they keep charging even when you have discontinued their services. They never honor their promises. Stay away from this CC processing & find another new company. I lost $ hundreds with ...
