The Rep was great

The Rep was great. No reflection on her. You ghave a problematic system that I'm considering discontinuing. The sys solely relies on 1 phone number, mine, and when I'm not there my team members cannot do a 2 factor authentification. I switched the emails addresses so they can sign on directly and recieve the 2 factor authentification. When the team member adds his address and which password do we use for each team member? The one in place does not work. Please advise and thank you.

SARA was AMAZING !!

I have no words with how amazing SARA was!! she help me with all my questions and guided me on the right direction to getting other assistance with my questions. She was terrific. It made it all smooth and easy to communicate. We are pretty busy here is the office and sometimes there is no time to be going back and forward with this. Finally someone who knows what support means!

After several calls and support tickets, I was finally contacted by Austin Calvert and problem solved within a couple hours. (I waited 4 days for resolution from the get-go!). Austin was incredible and definitely an asset to Stax. He answered all of my questions, got our ACH back up and running all within a couple of hours.

Victor Silva was amazing

Victor Silva was amazing. It took several days to resolve an issue originating with a different vendor. Victor stayed on the issue with multiple vendors and made sure the problem was solved. He provided frequent updates knowing this was urgent and went through great lengths.
