Everything just works - a very reliable subscription management platform.

I am using Fastspring's subscription features for our OCR API platform, and its regular, classic shopping cart features for the web automation and desktop automation software we sell. FastSpring Is The King of e-Commerce!

What do you like best? I love the fact that FastSpring only requires a percentage cut of sales and not an additional service fee. My previous e-Commerce platform charged a hefty cuts of sales and a service fee on top of that. The money I was making went right back into paying the service fees. A robust, well maintained and serviced merchant processing and subscription management solution

What do you like best? Good reporting, nice visuals, a comprehensive API, good customer experience. What do you dislike? The UI for looking at individual orders is a little wonky, and there's a learning curve. Not an extreme learning curve, but it's not always intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Selling plug-ins for an Adobe application. I've experienced better subscription retention rates.
