Great platform for payment processing

What do you like best? The simplicity of the dashboard and the ability to process refunds and invoices quickly and easily. What do you dislike? The customer service used to be excellent but recently wait times have increased and the support isn't as good as it used to be. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use FS as a payment processor. The ability to create invoices with payment links is really useful.

Hand to hand with FastSpring

What do you like best? I like that kind of software, the FastSpring ecommerce platform offers quite a lot of functionality and is easy to integrate. So fast customize online store through the FastSpring dashboard. Very nice and easy. What do you dislike? How to say it correct. Easy to understand and work with

What do you like best? It's not just about being able to accept payments for stuff you sell. In FastSpring I can easily add a new product to sell, even create bundles of products or subscription products. It's an easy process. Multi-currency support and a number of payment options is welcome. You can easily manage orders of your products and even make refunds. In addition FastSpring offers you a fraud protection. Too many credit card chargebacks

Too many credit card chargebacks. FastSpring has a clause in their contract that says you indemnify them on chargebacks. You pay all costs and they still get their cut. So, they won't file counterclaims at all. The Mellenials are seeing through this as fraud chargebacks are easy refunds. All our chargebacks have been Mellenials. I look them up on Facebook each time.I found another company and will see how it goes. I really like FastSpring in all other ways.Steph

I give up!

I give up!! I have bought at least 5 licenses for PDF PRO 10 which is a really great PDF-program. BUT, more than once a year the error message "Serial is in use on other computer" pops up and i cant use the program on several computers in my firm. I contact support, 2 weeks later get a new license, have to uninstall, restart computer, install, restart computer, and use the new lisence code. Then the same problem again after a few months!! The customer service also are very bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Incompetent

Even with the invoice from the seller of a game, they can't "do anything" and take 2 week sur to say me "please contact Microsoft". Very bad experience.

What do you like best? The best thing about FastSpring is that they support any country. Allows PayPal as withdrawal method What do you dislike? No way to charge extra charges for the subscription. For example, I can not provide pay per use plan with FastSpring. Also, proration is kind of weird where they refund a certain amount and then charge the remaining instead of just charging a difference.
