Make and order and never received it

Make and order and never received it, I keep sending email and received answer as the order was emailed, and they identify a different email than the one I provided!!!!They have an answering message on their phone line so don't bother to call them (FastSpring +1 877-327-8914WILL NEVER ORDER TROUGH THEM IN THE FUTURE

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? FastSpring is very reliable. When a customer orders one of my books, FastSpring handles the download and charges any applicable taxes, no matter what country the customer is located in. It also ensures that the payment is secure. Support also gets to answer my questions very quickly and intelligently. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Many business givens are not catured for.

What do you like best? Support is excellent, and the company is reliable and works. What do you dislike? I find the complete lack of any ability to have a 'the more you spend the greater the discount' system in place absolutely ludicrous. I mean in 2018 with internet shopping it is an absolute given that there should be an option that increases the discount based on the more someone spends. They have something in place that allows for you to set a single % discount, but there is no way to ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that FastSpring processes the payments, handles all sales taxes, and supports per-product, per-email, and per-use coupons. Also, support for ordering issues is fast and accurate. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
