I switched to FastSpring some years ago after having used two other e-commerce providers previously, both of them "forced" me to leave after changing things and conditions for their convenience, not for mine.With FastSpring I have never had a problem. The system is very configurable, with lots of options and currencies for customers to pay, and several options for you to get paid. What do you like best? The most important feature (for me of Fastspring.com has been that I can use one single platform for the complete trajectory of my e-commerce activities. Set up has been quick and easy, the FAQ section is complete and understandable. Best Ecommerce platform

What do you like best? Their product fulfillment features makes it virtually impossible for visitors to your site to get your product without paying for it first. Their api lets you work transparently behind the scene to update your database in the background and is never seen by any of your buyers. Also worth mentioning is their support which is top rated. Sell Subscriptions for our software product.

What do you like best? Fastspring make it easy to set up products, and manage the API process to communicate with our licence software. We also appreciate that Fastspring takes care of the international tax issues for us. What do you dislike? Absolutely terrible. Worst re-seller out there...

Worst re-seller out there. I can tell you from experience. These guys only care about their needs and I hate how poor their customer service is and how they can't answer simple questions like the charges they have. It's all hidden in their privacy policy. Oh,...and you'll wait at least 3 weeks for them to reply to your emails. Selling a product they don't support? You'll have to set up everything for them to say that they don't support it instead of having a list that says that.

I bought a program called PickMeApp…

I bought a program called PickMeApp which is supposed to transfer installed programs from one computer to another, however, it doesn't work! I asked for a refund and it was refused by the developer. PickMeApp only works with MSI installed programs but this limitation is not mentioned on the PickMeApp website - you have to buy it and then you see this limitation revealed in the "Support" forum, which you can't see until you buy the program, by which time it's too late and you have zero ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that FastSpring processes the payments, handles all sales taxes, and supports per-product, per-email, and per-use coupons.
