After ordering, paying for, but never receiving the promised email (within two hours of activation information for a "Infovox iVox HQ digital voice," I emailed their billing company, FastSpring. The best for those who have specific needs

What do you like best? I like the amount of customization I have at a reasonable price point. There are simpler systems out there but they lack customization. There are more customizable systems as well but they are more expensive. Also it is AWESOME that FastSPring takes care of taxes especially with the new MOSS rules. Thoroughly dependable, with great support

We've been with Fastspring for over 8 years now, having switched from Share-It after the Digital River take-over. During that time we've seen how Fastpring bears up under trying circumstances (fraudulent attacks and so on and I have to say their support has been excellent. No "script-monkeys" - you get an intelligent, capable person who gets straight to the issue you're having and sorts it out.
