I ordered PCTuneUpPro

I ordered PCTuneUpPro. They made an appointment for me to speak to a tech.No one called me at the appointed time so I called them. No tech was available to speak to me that day (On a Friday and no one was available Saturday or Sunday. I cancelled my order but I am still getting charged for something I never received.

Stole $180k from us

FastSpring processes payments on behalf of our company and is meant to pay the collected funds to us every 15 days. There was a contractual issue identified to us on Sep 6, 2019 which meant that our agreement with FastSpring was to come to an end. The payment of $179,949.98 that was due to be paid to us on Sep 16, 2019 has since not been sent despite numerous attempts to contact. Nothing but a scam.without any purchace, all of the sudden my daughter resives a masage that a bill is to be paid.Strange when she havent bought anything using her creditcard for a long time.Most strange thing is, how has her card information gotten to Fastspring?And why doesnt the payment come with a notification og a massage when it is send through a bank?It all smells like fraud.

Sends unsolicited spam to multiple email addresses. Continues to send emails after being explicitly told to stop.I couldn't imagine actually paying them for any services.

bad costumer support , no one reply .. more than 10 days , my account still on the test periode .Edit : they ask me to message them , i did and i received Address not foundYour message wasn't delivered to ' email ' because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. .

What do you like best? Incredibly easy to use, supports all popular payment methods. All complex tax management done on your behalf. Incredible easy integrations with all popular platforms. What do you dislike? Need to work on customer service occasionally it can be hard to work with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of those, if not all, seem to be complaints from people who buy from a supplier that uses FastSpring. I suspect that, in most of these cases, the issue is more likely caused by the supplier rather than FastSpring.
