Great choice for software developers

We have been using FastSpring for 2 years

We have been using FastSpring for almost 2 years. They make it so easy for our end customers to buy the product in their own currency. If there ever are any issues, the support team responds in a timely fashion.Accounting is very simple as well.My only wish is that I had a system this simple and comprehensive for my Direct customers.

It's one off the worst fraud company…

This review isn't ment on fastspring, but the seller of my product (UpredSun sorry for not clarify this.It's one off the worst fraud company I've dealt with. not alone they promizean answer to your complains and within 23 houres but you'll never get an answer.More serious is it that they stil run there website and accept payment from a host of cards and also billingsystems like paypal.Fastspring, Let us close The seller down, search for upredsun here at Trustpilot.Again my appolgies ...

The customer service is slow

The customer service is slow. We used to be able to communicate them in the dashboard but not anymore. They opened a new website for support but we can't use our existing account there, we have to create a new one. Service is good but support should be easier.

No Response From Customer Service

Update:Both orders were delivered today by DHL. Still no response from CS. Placed an order for an Akia Fire FL Studio via the link on Image-Line's website. I made a purchase on 10th September and was advised the order would be despatched within 7 days but usually within 1-2 days. The confirmation email also said to look out for an email from UPS about delivery.I have contacted CS on 3 occasions and not once have I received a reply. I also raised the issue with PayPal's Resolution Centre ...

FastSpring used to be great

What do you like best? Using FastSpring is quick and easy. Their Google Analytics integration works great and not having to take care of VAT and payment security saves me a lot of time. What do you dislike? Their customer support used to be great. I rarely had problems and when they were problems, they would solve them quickly. Wow,/m such big scammers

Wow,/m such big scammers. Instead of replying to people on here why don’t you stop scamming people. I ordered the Akai fire 99$ over a week ago and they took my money and just disappeared , have ignored every email . I am going to be filing an official report. We have to get these guys off the internet , this is ridiculous. How did a company like to studio allow them to sell their products.
