What do you like best? I run a software business and I was recommended Fastspring by a friend who works in my same field. No monthly fees, low cost per transactions. FastSpring is the best service I’ve found for selling digital good.

It's good but Stripe is far far ahead
Fastspring works fine and have amazing support. On other hand the web interface stuck in year 2010. It's not responsive and not works well on mobile devices, support said they have no plans to fix it it near future. Subscription billing has lack of features like metered/tier billing for popup store, usage based billing, dynamic invoice control etc.

Great and simple to use
What do you like best? Easy check out and centralized orders. I dont have to take care about different taxations. FastSpring does that for me What do you dislike? Commission a bit high. I did not find any other negative point What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to be more focus on the marketing side

Switched from using PayPal to comply with EU VAT ... all plain sailing
We switched from using PayPal as our online payment provider in January 2015 when the EU changed the VAT rules for all digital products and services. FastSpring were the only provider we could find that catered for this VAT change for small online businesses such as ourselves. The changeover was quite simple to integrate into our simple web pages, and as far as we're aware, it's all worked fine subsequently and we've never knowingly had any payment problems.
