What do you like best? Convenient dashboard, helpful support team. It is quite easy to issue refunds and to manage orders. What do you dislike? Responding time of customer support is slightly long sometimes. The order page is not ideal, because there is no "double-check e-mail function" and some customers end up not receiving their orders, as there was a typo in the e-mail. I am thankful to Fastpring team too who have sorted out the issue (though after4 months) and has refunded my money back. Easy Setup, Bad Support

The setup is really easy and it has lots of features that a B&M can use. It is really easy to manage your orders and subscription. With the latest update their support got really bad and it is really important for an e-commerce user to have support on thier back. It should get better as soon as possible.

Reliable and easy to set up

FastSpring is easy to set up. Adjusting my apps to use it was straightforward. The web interface gives good insight in the revenue.

Solid ecommerce platform

Fastspring is a solid ecommerce platform. There are cheaper ones around. But Fastspring has a good set of features which are very well documented. I don't have to use code. But I could use it if I want. Support is outstanding.
