Looks like scam
I have tried to pay 3 times and get error: "something is wrong, please try later... " After that i see the money 63.08 x 3 times - charged from my bank account. I have contacted support for refund, now 8 days without any replay.

scammers, add subscriptions you did not ask for
scammer, when you buy a product for a 1 off charge they slip in a subscription to another product you did not want or ask for, this is ticked by default which is illegal in the EU. when you e-mail support they just send a standard reply and don't address the question you asked.

I've been using FastSpring for 10 years…
I've been using FastSpring for 10 years and never had a complaint. Whenever I needed assistance, they were prompt to reply. However, now I'm building a new website, it's all ready for release, except for the FastSpring integration. For that, I need the support team to create a new store associated with my account.According to the FastSpring documentation, the procedure to create a new store cannot be done by the user (me), it must be requested with a ticket, and so I did raise one. FastSpring has it all for running an independent software business
What do you like best? I needed a good looking reliable store that can be set up communicating with my own server. FastSpring offered the best overall solution with many payment types accepted and handling world-wide regulations including EU VAT. What do you dislike? All In One Option to fit a range of needs
What do you like best? FastSpring provides everything from a configuration driven shopping cart down to a payment gateway, with each option in-between. This lets us handle a range of scenarios for our customers all on one platform. We didn't have to pick a separate vendor for each stage of the eCommerce pipeline, and FastSpring handles international tax as well. What do you dislike? It just works
What do you like best? I came to FastSpring from another eCommerce provider and the transition was painless. That was several years ago now and FastSpring just works. We have all of the eCommerce features we need. There are never any problems. What do you dislike? The FastSping subscription facility is aimed at web based services. Relativley easy to use solution, lots of confusion when looking for cotextual vs classic docs.
What do you like best? End user experience, is very good and dealing with customer order queries is also fairly staightforward. What do you dislike? The confusion and difficulties in searching for documents related to classic rather than conrtextual store fronts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy access for end users to purchase software product keys.

What do you like best? Fastspring take care of all the currency conversion, payment methods, subscriptions and tax. It integrates well with our existing CRM and licensing solutions as well as our website. What do you dislike? Some emails and API calls cannot be customised as much as we like.
