This company is a FRAUD! They have been billing individuals using the name of software companies they do not represent.They will not even respond to calls to clarify the charges. If you have received charges from this company, call your bank or credit card and report it as fraud.

What do you like best? Setting up Fastspring is quick and easy. There is no lengthy process like other payment processors available in the market. This company is committing fraud billing as FS*SafeCareSoft.They are using the name of a legitimate company (SafeCareSoft) whose trademark they are infringing. The FS stands for FastSpring - took us and the bank weeks to find this out. We filed a complaint with FTC (FTC Case No. 112156167) Please call the FTC 877-382-4357 with a complaint.

Easy to use but unstable and non-existen technical support

What do you like best? I like that it takes care of all the taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) and invoicing. What do you dislike? Also called Safe Care Software. I bought software expecting a one off cost. Whether it was a direct scam or scam by not exactly telling the truth I don't know, but I ended up with two recurring monthly subscriptions. 'Cancel subscription' buttons on their webpage didn't actually cancel the subscriptions. After several emails I finally got the subscriptions cancelled.
