Great for subscriptions as well

What do you like best? Fastspring allowed us to offer subscription based product on the web. It was by far the easiest solution to integrate. What do you dislike? There's quite a steep learning curve thanks to all the possibilities and options. The admin user interface could use a refresh. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're selling a subscription based online service.

What do you like best? The most useful thing for our marketplace is the ability to split payments with multiple authors. What do you dislike? I would like to have an api for automatic setup of split payments, but it would only be a plus to the currently experience. This company is incompetent

This company is incompetent. I was going to purchase the shareware registration key for Data Thief III (a program that allows one to digitally extract data from published graphs for analysis and comparison to future work). Data Thief III is a great program and I was trying to support their efforts. Unfortunately, the folks at Data Thief are using Fast Spring to collect their registration income. Fraudulent charges

So I found out that somehow I was being charged $116.69 by a name called Kromtech. It was being charged to a card I hadn’t used in years. I still don’t know how they got my info but have me set up as recurring payment. Unfortunately I missed the first one in Dec of 2018, since I had no reason to expect a charge on a card I was just trying to pay off. FastSpring are a good payment processor , I've used them for a while and accepted a few payments which have settled into my account however I've had it primarily paused as I'm waiting on their response to a few questions which are unanswered after 30+ emails back and forth.
