New user to fastestvpn. Had great difficulties in launching/using FVPN initially. Contacted Frank, one of your techies, who held my hand through the learing process. Discovered it was finger problem/understanding issue on my part. He was very patient, and though answering a series of dumb questions, finally got me trained to use the app.

This site can’t provide a secure connection
I had a problem with my mobile app. Contacted FastestVpn customer support chat. Chuck has helped me to solve the problem in no time. Turned to be that my ISP has blocked the connection. Adding fastestcpn.com to the trusted list solved my problem 👌 Thanks Chuck for pointing this 👍
