Can use in China
It has been tested to be stable and available in China, but requires manual configuration, cheap and lifetime plans, and is one of the best VPNs for use in China.

Outstanding Customer Service.
Normally I manage issues on my own. But after a recent core system update, I got a scary looking warning every time I launched FastestVPN and even though I logged in, all VPN protocols would fail to make connections and not work at all. After several uninstall, reinstall, fresh download from their website, and reboots, I was still at the same position. Jesse won my business!
I was checking out FastestVPN as a potential replacement for Windscribe. I've used Windscribe for the past 4 years and it works fine. But their customer service is horribly rude! Jesse helped me set up a test account so I can try FastestVPN. It didn't configure correctly at the beginning, so he walked me through the troubleshoot patiently.
