All I can say is AWESOME...
Having been a member for many years, I have never had any problems. The app is constantly updated by the excellent team and keeps growing. Only today did it stop working and after dealing with Frank from support, he solved the problem. Keep doing what you do guys; everything works well. Don't break a well-oiled machine!

Service is good
I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed. Customer support was surprisingly awesome. Techinical Support agent "Trevor Holmes" helped me quite patiently to solve the issue promptly.

AWESOME VPN
Ease of use. I have had one difficulty in 18 months,,, I got instant access to online chat without having to put in a form & wait 72 hours for help... In the meantime though I realised I probably needed to uninstall & reinstall as my phone has been upgraded.... The issue was fixed immediately!!!! Trevor did an awesome job answering my…
Trevor did an awesome job answering my questions and responding with solid answers and providing excellent customer service. FastestVPN also continues to be a great VPN. It is not, if I'm being honest, the "best", but it certainly does the things it says it does. I have seen it run slower than other VPNs, and I've had some servers fail to connect, but in the end, I was still able to get done what I needed to and felt confident that I was being protected.

Great service
I have been using FastestVPN for 2 years or so, and always when there are problems, the staff from the chat always answer quickly and they help with the issues. I definitely recommend it.
