Although not perfect, it is acceptable
I believe you all know how this company treats old TLD users, but what I want to share is something different. If you want to upgrade to the PRO plan (if customer service didn't deceive me, this is the highest level plan), you can make your request to customer service, and they will offer various upgrade discounts based on your "situation." Wonderful customer service
Had some personal setting up issues, which were entirely my fault. The customer service stuck with me and helped me reset everything I needed. Alden was a wonder representative and I can't wait to thoroughly test the life time plan!
