Easy to use expense management software

What do you like best? Expensify is easy to use and set up. It integrates easily and quickly with Quickbooks online. Users can easily add expenses via an app. Expense approvals are easy. US employees can easily be reimbursed. What do you dislike? If an expense report does not sync correctly with the GL you don't receive an alert and you have to look at the individual report to find out that it didnt sync. Also, you cannot reimburse non-US employees through Expensify. ...

Probably the best expense management platform I've used.

What do you like best? Super easy to upload receipts via the mobile app, and everything easily autofills. What do you dislike? Sometimes the credit card doesn't auto-update and you have to go back and manually refresh, but other than that, really not too much to dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely download their mobile app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems, lots of benefits!

Fast and easy expense reporting

What do you like best? It only takes a few clicks to complete expense reports. Especially when you integrate your credit card to allow Expensify to fill out your individual expenses. What do you dislike? Auto scanning of documents takes too long. It may be network bandwidth, but I usually fill in the amount and vendor name manually because I don't want to wait for the scan to fill in the data. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy to use, and this is very good, most of the users of this software are busy in other jobs so they can't spend to much time asking for refunds. What do you like best? Expensify's best feature is the ability to link a credit card and auto-generate receipts. I also like that you can set "rules" so that recurring expenses are automatically categorized and labeled. I can easily submit an expense report in under five minutes. What do you like best? I loved doing expense reports when using this product (which has never been true in the past). It was incredibly easy to use and simple to learn. They really broke down the process to simplify and reduce the time needed for someone to get reimbursed for business expenses. I'm a very happy user of this product and would recommend it to others.
