PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? it seems a good idea but it's totally rubbish and the customer service is non existant, don't use they will rip you off. I signed up and went over the trial and wanted to cancel and they charged me for the year. Fair enough I cannot use the thing now and upload my receipts even though they have charged me until feb 2020. This has made me so angry, please avoide this company like the plague! This is one of the best expense report tools
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I love most about Expensify software is that everything is online, and there is no need of using paper, all you have to do is to upload the receipts. You can take a picture of the receipt and upload it to the site or app. The process is simple, clear and easy to keep track of them. You can easily make change within the report. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that I’m able to email receipts to expensify and the tool automatically categorize them and put them into the report. You are able to create rules and to classify your own charges. I don’t have to comment or classify the Lyft and Uber charges when filling the report. It saves lot of time. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that this tool is easy to use, it has clean and intuitive interface. You can easily administer from the admin side. NO Customer Support: small business beware
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The ability to integrate with other products, such as Tsheets, is attractive, and the OCR seems to work well. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If you are a small business and will be setting this up yourself, BE AWARE that there is NO LIVE HUMAN BEING available to you in any way for customer support.
