DNN Service has been outstanding.

Our organization has had a great experience resolving issues and communicating with DNN support specialists. They respond quickly, and with the knowledge needed to actually be effective. We have been impressed, and have been able to set our expectations high when engaging the DNN support team.

Had an obscure issue with our portal related to page view permissions. Support was able to get this resolved in a reasonable timeframe.

Excellent Experience so far

DNN Software is one of the more extensive CMS that I've used. Design wise, it's a dream; fluid and responsive. Our company has several issues regarding security needs and preferences and our DNN assistant has been incredibly proactive and helpful during this process and training. The provided training materials are very informative and helpful, any other questions we have are always answered quickly and extensively.

Excellent CMS

My company has used DNN for several years now. It's easy for my designer to use, but also offers the power to create complex applications.I highly recommend DNN.

Test VS Prod

There is no easy way for users to preview a test site, and then load it to production. We have only found that you must look at each page and then publish or not.

Impossible to upgrade with 3rd party modules

DNN core is a good product. The problems arise when you add 3rd party modules then try to upgrade to a new version of DNN. Especially if you have any modules that are no longer supported by the developer. We no longer use DNN because of the HUGE frustration with upgrading. We had a couple older modules that were no longer supported that broke our site when upgrading DNN. But there was nothing we could do about it. We've since moved on to a much more robust CMS system (Umbraco) and it's so ...

Software is fine, customer service leaves a lot to be desired

I had a notice from my developer one week ago that we had a payment due, at that time I informed him that I had not gotten anything prior as far as an invoice. He contacted you with no response. Then 2 days ago, he gets a note that the account was going into collections. Seriously? 1 week after I got the invoice. If I could switch platforms on the fly, I would.

Love the software and the service!

DNN Software has created a fisrt class CMS which we use as our corporate intranet. We compared DNN against Sharepoint, and DNN won hands down. Keep up the great work!
